To help minimize these harms and promote a green lifestyle, many collection points have been set up across Vietnam to support safe and effective e-waste management.
Currently, in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City—the two most densely populated cities—many trusted organizations have partnered with local authorities and environmental groups to establish collection systems. Citizens can easily bring unused electronic devices to these locations, where they will be properly sorted, recycled, or disposed of in compliance with standards, preventing careless dumping.
