♻️ E-WASTE COLLECTION POINTS IN VIETNAM

In today’s fast-paced technological era, electronic waste (e-waste) has become an alarming issue. Old phones, broken computers, batteries, chargers, or used household appliances, if not properly treated, can cause severe environmental pollution and directly affect human health. To help minimize these harms and promote a green lifestyle, many collection points have been set up across Vietnam to support safe and effective e-waste management.

Currently, in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City—the two most densely populated cities—many trusted organizations have partnered with local authorities and environmental groups to establish collection systems. Citizens can easily bring unused electronic devices to these locations, where they will be properly sorted, recycled, or disposed of in compliance with standards, preventing careless dumping.

🏢In Hanoi, collection points are located in several central districts for easy access:

– People’s Committee of Xuan La Ward (32 Xuan La, Tay Ho, Hanoi)

– People’s Committee of Thanh Cong Ward, Ba Dinh District (09 Thanh Cong, Thanh Cong Ward, Ba Dinh District)

– Hanoi Environmental Protection Sub-Department (17 Trung Yen 3, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District)

– People’s Committee of Trang Tien Ward, Hoan Kiem District (02 Co Tan, Trang Tien Ward, Hoan Kiem District)

– People’s Committee of Quan Thanh Ward, Ba Dinh District (12–14 Phan Dinh Phung, Quan Thanh Ward, Ba Dinh District

🏢In Ho Chi Minh City, e-waste can also be dropped off at the following sites:

– MM Mega Market An Phu (Zone B, An Phu–An Khanh Urban Area, An Phu Ward, District 2)

– People’s Committee of Ward 9, District 3 (82 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, Ward 9, District 3)

– People’s Committee of Ward 17, Phu Nhuan District (22 Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 17, Phu Nhuan District)

– People’s Committee of Ward 15, District 4 (132 Ton That Thuyet, Ward 15, District 4)

– People’s Committee of Ward 2, Binh Thanh District (14 Phan Boi Chau, Ward 2, Binh Thanh District)

Proper collection and treatment of e-waste not only reduce pollution but also help save valuable resources. Each citizen, with small actions such as bringing old devices to collection points, is contributing to building a cleaner, healthier living environment for both the present and the future.
